Select text anywhere on your Mac and press a shortcut. Claudio proofreads, translates, summarizes or rephrases it, then pastes the result in place. And when music is playing, it tells you what you’re listening to.

One shortcut on a selection: the panel opens on top of the window, the answer streams in live, and ⏎ pastes it in place.
Keep ⌃⌥⌘ held down: the gesture never changes. It’s the second key that says what to do. Touch the keyboard: everything in colour is yours.

These are the factory settings: every key can be changed in Settings. Dictation even takes a modifier key held on its own: the right ⌥, say, and nothing else. And without a numeric keypad, the digits along the top do exactly the same thing. In the panel, ⏎ pastes the result and gives you your clipboard back, Esc cancels, ⌘C only copies.
One shortcut while music plays, and Claudio introduces the track: the cover, the year of the record, and what Claude knows about it.

Written in Swift, for macOS and nothing else: a few megabytes, an instant launch, and nothing running behind your back. It's not a website dressed up as an app.
Your text goes from your Mac straight to Anthropic. No middleman server, no account to create, no analytics collected. Your key stays in the macOS Keychain, and the code is open: anyone can go and check.
Change the shortcuts, pick the model for each action, rewrite the instructions sent to Claude: it all lives in Settings, and one button puts everything back the way it was.

Straight from your Mac to Anthropic, over an encrypted connection. Claudio has no server, no account, no database: nothing is kept anywhere, and nobody else reads it.
It's the official macOS mechanism for reading selected text in another app and simulating the paste. Without it, Claudio can neither capture your selection nor replace it.
Anywhere text can be selected: Mail, Notes, Pages, Safari, Chrome, Slack, Word, your code editor… When an app won't let itself be read directly, Claudio simulates a copy and hands your clipboard straight back.
No. ⌃⌥⌘K opens the palette, which lists them all. Type a few letters to filter, hit a digit to launch. Direct shortcuts save time, but nothing forces you to remember them.
Yes, both. Every action has its own shortcut and its own instruction, both editable in Settings, with a button to restore the original.
